Roy is a degreed professional, with a BS from the University of Houston; graduating Magna Cum Laude.

After college, he spent about 12+ years as a mid-level manager for Fortune 100 companies and gained a high level of business acumen in that environment.

As a real estate professional, Roy Weber worked for a General Licensed Texas Appraiser in north Harris county and provided commercial & residential reports to a variety of clientele including; financial institutions, real estate management companies, and individuals. In that capacity, he contributed significant appraisal report assistance on apartments, condos, commercial land, existing/new homes, industrial properties, churches, airport properties, office buildings, office warehouse, retail centers, convenience stores and a wide variety of special purpose properties. Appraisal services were also provided on a wide variety of residential, new and existing properties, in Brazoria, Liberty, Chambers, Harris, Montgomery and Waller counties.


Those years and over 1,000 reports which accumulated over 7,000 hours of experience, greatly prepared Roy for the next step of having his own appraisal company.

Almost a decade ago, Roy started his own residential appraisal company in NE Harris county. Roy is a Texas state certified and on the FHA Roster of approved residential appraisers
